NCP is proud to officially announce that our newest full-time team member, Emil Gustafsson, joined us as Technical Producer on 1 December 2025.

Emil brings an impressive and well-established background in TV broadcasting, having spent several years as EIC at NEP, leading major international productions. His experience spans some of the most demanding and prestigious events, including:
- Eurovision Song Contest
- Olympic Baseball, Beachvolleyball and Icehockey
- FIS World Championships
- Top-tier football
- Red Bull productions
- National football and ice hockey productions
Emil will work closely across all areas of production to ensure that NCP continues to deliver world-class quality and a seamless experience for our clients and partners.
